Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. The project entails work at two separate locations in the City: Vasserman Ridge and Fox Hollow. The work to be done under this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, etc. necessary for the following items: A. Erosion and sediment control B. Traffic control C. Site restoration D. Watermain replacement, including temporary water services E. Storm sewer installation F. Full depth pavement reclamation G. Mill and Overlay H. Concrete curb and gutter replacement I. Concrete sidewalk spot repair J. Bituminous trail reconstruction The work under this Contract includes all of the work items as described in these Specifications and/or as shown on the Plans as prepared by Houston Engineering, Inc.. Storm Sewer (RCP) 12,910 L.F. Draintile (PVC) 6,180 L.F. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the OWNER. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
