This envelope shall be addressed to Diane Solitaire; Brownsville Public Utilities Board; Purchasing Department; 1155 FM 511, Olmito, Texas 78575. The Brownsville PUB reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive irregularities contained therein and to accept any proposal deemed most advantageous to the Brownsville PUB.
