Site work for a water / sewer project in Olmito, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received for the BPUB North Regional Force Main Phase I project. Each bid must be submitted in duplicate, enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title, date, and time. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified or Cashier's check or a Bid Bond for no less than five percent of the total amount bid. The selected bidder will be required to execute a contract, and provide Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and a Certificate of Insurance within ten days from notification of bid acceptance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid security. No bid will be considered unless the Bid Security is included. Each bid, in duplicate, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and shall be plainly marked on the outside of the envelope: "B028-26 BPUB NORTH REGIONAL FORCE MAIN PHASE I". This envelope shall be addressed to Diane Solitaire; Brownsville Public Utilities Board; Purchasing Department; 1155 FM 511, Olmito, Texas 78575.
