The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for complete installation of a 30 ft opening cantilever gate with an electronic stand alone keypad. Pictures of the current gate and opening are attached to the line item. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and a purchase order has been issued. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker's Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: - Commercial General Liability: 1 Million Per Occurrence / 2 Million General Aggregate - Comprehensive Automobile Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit - Umbrella Liability: 2 Million - Worker's Compensation at Statutory Requirement (only with 3+ employees) Bidders must submit questions pertaining to bid specifications or requirements in the Ionwave procurement system by Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM(ET).
