Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Procurement of Architect-Engineer services in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR Subpart 36 for firms demonstrating competence and qualifications to perform the required work. The requirement is restricted to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms and follows VAAR 836.606-71 procedures. Firms are requested to submit SF 330 packages for evaluation by the Columbia VAMC Evaluation Board in accordance with FAR 36.602-1 and FAR 36.602-5(a). The board's selection report will identify the most highly qualified firm for negotiation. This announcement does not constitute a request for proposal, and no award will be made from this notice. No solicitation or project scope information is available at this time, and the Government will not reimburse costs associated with submissions. Award of a firm-fixed-price contract is anticipated and is contingent upon the availability of funds. Design completion is estimated at 244 calendar days, including Government review periods. The selected A/E firm will also be required to perform construction period services if construction is subsequently awarded. The applicable NAICS code is 541310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 million. This acquisition requires compliance with FAR 52.219-14 and VAAR 852.219-73 for verification of SDVOSB status. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
