Middle Paxton Township (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of Potato Valley Road Improvements R002752.0441. The Project includes three small projects: a small berm repair at an existing wetland with vegetative plantings, improvements to a roadside swale, and replacement of two pipes and inlets. Additional work includes base repair and wedge/level along Potato Valley Road. Two alternatives are included: either a chip/tar double application with fog seal or a full width mill and overlay of Potato Valley Road. Bids are for the Potato Valley Road Improvements contract. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if the Bidding Documents are obtained elsewhere. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%.
