Site work for a religious / funeral development in Augusta, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
Construct a 3,360-niche columbarium and develop gravesite sections for 3,712 pre-placed crypt burials and 6,821 in-ground cremains interments as part of the cemetery expansion. Optional work includes replacing asphalt pavement with concrete in the maintenance yard, completing renovations to the Administration Building and PIC/Restroom Building, constructing a new storage building in the maintenance area, and providing swing space as indicated. Additional optional work includes irrigation improvements at the existing cemetery and installation of a permanent power source for Committal Shelter A. Work includes site preparation, grading, landscaping, utility coordination, erosion and sediment control, protection of existing improvements, and full restoration upon completion. Contractors must perform all work during normal business hours, provide daily progress summaries and photographs, submit all required shop drawings and reports, maintain construction limits and safety controls, and warranty materials and workmanship for at least one year.
