Site work for a water / sewer project in Palatka, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project consists of furnishing and installing all labor, equipment, parts, and materials required for the Leachate Tank Concrete Project at 140 County Landfill Road, Palatka, Florida. The scope includes preparation of the site for construction of tank foundation and containment area, construction of concrete for tank foundation and coordination with the tank vendor, coordination with the tank vendor for erection of the Owner supplied bolted plate tank, construction of concrete for the secondary containment area and access stairs, core opening in existing concrete containment wall and grouting sleeves, and provision of as-built survey information. Bidders must submit one original hard copy, one duplicate copy, and one USB drive containing all bid documentation in PDF format. Bids must be sealed and received before the specified deadline. Vendor must indicate the bid number and description on the envelope. There are requirements regarding a mandatory pre-bid meeting, and questions about specifications can be emailed to the designated Procurement Supervisor. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
