Single Prime Bid: This is a single prime lump sum bid for the 2026 District Wide Flooring Upgrades at the Olentangy Local School District. See the attached Drawings and specifications for the extent of the Work. 1. The scope includes the following a. Removal and disposal of existing carpeting and VCT floor and rubber base. b. Skim coating and preparation of existing quarry tile and concrete subfloor for new flooring. c. Installation of new tile carpeting and LVP floor tile and porcelain tile. d.
