The project is for the Olentangy Academy Bioscience and Mock Store Renovation for the Olentangy Local School District in Lewis Center, Ohio. Only lump single prime bids will be considered. Site visits must be independently conducted at each location for field verification, and it is important to note that the drawings are not to scale. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 50 days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder.
