Reference Number 0000416108 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date: TBD Delivery Point Multiple Locations The Town of Castle Rock requests a bid including unit prices for all labor, material, and equipment necessary to inspect via closed-circuit television (CCTV) existing Town storm sewers. The work includes remote televising and recording of the storm sewers. An addenda addressing questions will be distributed by 5:00 p.m. March 23rd, 2026. Any addenda issued will be for the benefit of all potential bidders, unless proprietary information is contained. TIME OF PERFORMANCE: Time is of the essence on this contract. Bidder shall include a schedule for performance of the work described herein as a part of the Bid Submittal. All inspection services shall be completed within 180 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). Any delays due to weather must be submitted to the Town project manager if delays are to be used to extend the required contract completion time. The Town of Castle Rock reserves the right to cancel this invitation to Bid; reject any Bid, in whole or in part; to adjust the quantity of Work to be done as mandated by budgetary requirements; and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bids received; when it is in the Town's best interest to do so. The Town of Castle Rock reserves the right to accept the Bid, which in the opinion of the Town will suit the Town's purpose.
