Renovation of a mixed-use development in Washington, District of Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Maintenance and repair services are required for three RF shielded doors located in the MRI department, consisting of replacement of the latching mechanism and bearings for Door 1, along with cleaning, alignment, and lubrication, and replacement of perimeter fingerstock, sill fingerstock, and all bearings for Doors 2 and 3, followed by cleaning, alignment, and lubrication of both doors. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and two qualified technicians to perform the work during overtime hours in compliance with all VA safety and security protocols. Work shall result in fully functional and properly shielded RF doors, with documentation provided upon completion. Location: Washington DC VA Medical Center, 50 Irving Street NW, Washington, DC 20422 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
