The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, management, supplies, and any other necessary items to quote and complete various projects involving plaster work, drywall repairs, painting, and carpet services in support of the Department of Treasury, Departmental Office Treasury Operations located in Washington, D.C. Work will be performed under a one-year base period with four additional 12-month option years. At the task order level, the contractor shall use the applicable U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination, issue performance and/or payment bonds, and reference a project magnitude when required. A site visit is scheduled for 18 March 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, with questions due by 20 March 2026 at 5:00 PM EST and quotes due by 31 March 2026 at 1:00 PM EST.
