The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) in Washington, DC is seeking to purchase a Schneider Electric Galaxy VX 500 kW N+1 UPS. Supplies must be brand name only and bidders must be authorized Schneider Electric OEM resellers or distributors. Only new equipment is acceptable; remanufactured or gray market items will not be considered. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Vendors must provide documentation from the manufacturer stating they are authorized distributors for the specific items. Quotations must include technical and price information, company DUNS Number, Cage Code, and a statement regarding the acceptance of terms and conditions. Submissions should be sent via email. The government will evaluate offers using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process. FOB Destination is preferred.
