Reference Number 0000415950 Question Deadline 03/20/2026 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes Purchase Type Duration: 5 years -The City of Santa Clara ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter, "Proposers") to provide electrical support services ("Services") to the Department of Water and Sewer Utilities ("W&S"). The Services will cover all electrical and mechanical components and instrumentation related to the City's water, sewer, and storm assets. Work may include as-needed services, special projects to improve or enhance the operation of systems, and any such other related work as may be requested by the City. -W&S is responsible for maintaining 21 water well sites, four water storage tank sites, seven sewer pump station sites, and 22 storm pump station sites. The associated components supporting the operation of the utility sites include electronic control panels, generators, motors, pumps, communication equipment, and various electrical devices such as wiring, conduit, relays, switches and breakers. The City requires the use of a licensed electrical contractor to assist staff in troubleshooting, testing, calibrating and repairing site equipment and controls to ensure proper operation. -This RFP will result in a single award.
