Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Participation Goal: 6% The SDVOB participation goal is separate from and in addition to any MBE/WBE goal. Minimum Number of Required DBE/MBE/WBE Alternates: 1 for each MBE/WBE firm proposed This agreement will provide construction inspection services for the I-81 Viaduct Project - Phase 2, Contract 6a which includes the construction of a deep 8'x 10' concrete stormwater trunkline from Almond St. to Onondaga Creek. The trunkline outfall will be at Onondaga Creek adjacent to Herald Place. The trunkline will be installed east along Herald Place to the intersection of North Salina Street. The trunkline will then be installed south on North Salina Street to the intersection of Erie Boulevard East. The trunkline will then progress south on South State Street to the intersection of East Water Street. The trunkline will then be installed east along East Water Street to the intersection of Almond Street. The trunkline will then be installed north along Almond Street and be connected to a predecessor storm trunk line installed by Contract 4 - D265136 at the intersection of Almond Street and Erie Blvd. East. Private utility, municipal waterline and sanitary sewer relocations will occur. and private utility improvements will also be included. There will be city surface street restoration, pedestrian & bicycle feature improvements including a new shared use path and sidewalks. Traffic signals will be modified or replaced as needed. City street lighting, street signs, pavement markings and plantings will be part of surface street restoration.
