Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Syracuse, New York. Working plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

*Project has been cancelled* SUNY Upstate Medical University invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the installation and implementation of AV upgrades for classrooms in the Academic Building on campus. Vendors must meet all mandatory requirements and be deemed responsible. Proposals must satisfy all requirements listed in the RFQ, and vendors must submit completed proposals including all required documents. The procurement is limited to New York State businesses certified under specified articles of New York State law, and is discretionary under State Finance Law 163.6. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k (Lobbying Law); only the individual listed is a permissible contact. Vendors must submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a, along with current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. Minority/Women Business Enterprise contracting goals are set at 100%. All required documents and detailed scope of services are attached to the advertisement.
