Renovation of an educational facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested for a single contract for the UMAC Lighting and Controls Renovation project. Bidders must be registered vendors with Union's e-procurement system to be eligible for award. Bid books, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents will be available for examination. All bidders must meet the qualification requirements outlined in the bid documents. Bids cannot be withdrawn after the opening date. A recommended pre-bid conference will be held at the project site, followed by an on-site examination of existing conditions for review of bidding documents and procedures, as well as to address bidders' questions. The project is contingent upon the sale and receipt of bond funds. The District reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 Should a Bidder find discrepancies in or omissions from the bid documents , or be in doubt as to their meaning , he must notify the District in writing . Replies shall be issued to all prime bidders of record by Addendum only to the bid documents and shall become part of the contract . The District shall not be responsible for oral clarification.
