The intent of this solicitation is to enter into an agreement with a qualified contractor to provide construction services for improvements to E. 51st Street South and surrounding infrastructure. The project includes widening the roadway from two lanes to five lanes between S. 177th East Avenue and S. 193rd East Avenue, construction of a roundabout at S. 193rd East Avenue, and associated grading, drainage, paving, pedestrian and bicycle facilities, landscaping, and utility improvements, including approximately 11,000 feet of new 12-inch waterline.
