Site work and paving for a road / highway in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to be done in the construction of PROJECT NO. 2026-MPO CS NON-ARTERIAL MILL, PATCH & OVERLAY MAINTENANCE ZONE 2125. Contract requirements include compliance as required by law pertaining to the practice of non-discrimination in employment. The overall aspirational Small Business Enterprise utilization goal for this project is ten percent. Bidders must commit to the goal of employing on the project at least fifty percent bona fide residents of the City of Tulsa and/or MSA in each employment classification. Bidders, their subcontractors, and their lower-tier subcontractors must hire only citizens of the United States. A Certified or Cashier's Check or Bidder's Surety Bond in the sum of 5% of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidder. The successful bidder will be required to furnish public liability and workmen's compensation insurance, Performance, Statutory, and Maintenance bonds for one hundred percent of the contract price. The bidding for this project is subject to a local preference law as defined in Oklahoma Statutes, Title 61, Section 103. Question Deadline 04/16/2026 at 5:00 PM CT submit the Questionnaire directly to the Engineer no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first working day following the bid opening . Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will be accepted only from holders of valid pre-qualification certificates from the City of Tulsa in one or more of the following classifications: A or C. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory, and bids will not be received from contractors who did not attend the conference. Copies of drawings, specifications, and contract documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $80.00. The City of Tulsa and its direct vendors are exempt from the payment of any sales or use taxes. The bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish all required bonds within thirty days from and after the date the award is made. Bidding is subject to local bid preference laws, including price matching if the local bid is within specified parameters of the lowest bid and agrees to perform the work at the lowest bid price if selected under the law.
