This Estimated Quantity Contract is for the supply and delivery of non-coning traffic paint to the New Brunswick Department of Transportation, the Nova Scotia Public Works, and the Halifax Regional Municipality. The contract will be in effect from contract award to March 31, 2027, with an option to extend for two additional one-year terms, if mutually agreed. Bidders must submit bids for all items to be considered for contract award. Partial bids will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded to the bidder submitting the lowest Unit Price Bid for White and Yellow Traffic Paint, including shipping and delivery, which meets all requirements detailed in the specification. Instructions: - Bids must be submitted electronically through NBON, by fax, or by email to the specified addresses. Proposals in response to an RFP will not be accepted by fax. - All bids must be properly signed by an authorized person, legible, properly completed, and contain the proper solicitation number. - All bids must be received prior to the closing date and time. The proponent is solely responsible for ensuring the complete submission is received on time. - Prices must be in Canadian funds and exclude sales taxes. All tenders must be DDP (delivery duty paid) as per Incoterms 2020. - Bidders are requested to include current test results and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for each type of paint quoted. - Bidders may be asked to provide samples and references as part of the evaluation process. - All bids must be stated on the official bid documents obtained from the authorized distribution services. - Suppliers with 50 or more employees, for procurements over $1,000,000, must complete and submit the Pay Equity Learning Module certificate with their bid. - All goods must comply with bilingual WHMIS labeling and MSDS requirements. If exempt, a letter must accompany the bid or goods. - The Atlantic Provinces Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and Services apply to this procurement.
