This Invitation to Tender consists of janitorial services as per the attached specifications on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure at Justice Building, 427 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB, for a period of two years from May 1, 2026 until April 30, 2028 with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods in one-year increments upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid which meets the requirements detailed within the specifications. The contract will be awarded based on the total contract price for a two-year period. A site visit is mandatory. Prior to award, references, Criminal Record Checks, Insurance, and WorkSafe NB registered and in good standing will be required. All bids must be properly signed, legible, completed, and contain the proper solicitation number. Bids must be submitted electronically, either by e-bidding through NBON, by fax, or by email as specified. All bids must be stated in Canadian funds and not include sales tax. All tenders must be DDP (delivery duty paid) per Incoterms 2020 DDP.
