Sealed proposals are requested for the purchase of utility poles of various sizes and classes. Quantities and specifications include 112 units of 35' Class poles, 282 units of 40' Class poles, 201 units of 45' Class poles, 10 units of H1 45' poles, 10 units of H2 50' poles, and 5 units of H3 55' poles. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate (original and copy), clearly marked as "Utility Poles (IFP 26-01)" either by mail or in person. Proposals must not be submitted by email or facsimile and must arrive before the deadline. Proposals are binding for a period of sixty days excluding weekends and legal holidays. All questions related to the proposal must be submitted in writing. The right is reserved to reject any and all proposals, waive irregularities or informalities, negotiate pricing and contract terms, award the contract in whole or in part, and take any action deemed in the best interest of Mansfield Municipal Electric Department.
