The Upper Canada District School Board invites quotations for commercial grass cutting and trimming for the North Grenville Region grouping of schools for a one-year contract, with multiple year extension options. Bidders must bid and service all sites within the regional group. The contract term covers the 2026 grass cutting season, subject to satisfactory performance. The Board may extend the contract for up to four additional one-year terms, with rates to be negotiated each time. Any proposed increase should align with the Consumer Price Index and be supported with justification. The Owner may reject unjustified increases and decline any extension if agreement is not reached.
