MBC invites you to bid on this tender for structural upgrade work. This is a construction management project to renovate an existing building of approximately 53,000 square feet into apartments, located in Kemptville. MBC is on contract as the acting general contractor. This tender package includes Concrete Slab Removal, New Concrete Slab, Masonry, Structural Steel/Metal Fab, Dampproofing/Waterproofing, Elevator, and Micropiles.
