The Upper Canada District School Board invites quotations for commercial grass cutting and trimming for the Seaway Region grouping of schools for a one-year contract with the possibility of multiple year extensions. Bidders must bid on and service all sites within the regional group. The contract covers the 2026 grass cutting season and may be extended for up to four additional one-year terms, with negotiated rates for each extension. Any proposed increase should be supported with justification and align with the Consumer Price Index. The owner reserves the right to reject unjustified increases and decline extensions if agreement isn’t reached.
