The Board of Education of Baltimore County invites firms to bid on on-call mowing, maintenance, and repair services of natural turf fields for Baltimore County Public Schools. This service covers all BCPS facilities, which include approximately 200 schools and offices, and will be provided on an as-needed basis. Bidders are encouraged to achieve 15% participation of Minority Business and/or Small Business Enterprise organizations. Bidders must include minority and small business enterprise material, including the Small and Minority Business Enterprise Utilization Affidavit, with their proposal. Failure to do so may result in the bid being considered non-responsive. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
