Project Description The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the construction of the following items: 1. Concrete weir box modifications. 2. Riprap removal and reuse. 3. Regrading of stormwater facility. 4. Removal and reconstruction of concrete flow spreaders. 5. Removal and replanting of storm facility vegetation. 6. 2-Year Plant Establishment. 7. Traffic control. 8. Utility vault lid and weir box riprap removal (bid alternate). 9. Other miscellaneous items for completion of work. 10. Engineer's Estimate, including alternate ($160,000-$230,000) This project is subject to a pre-qualification process and contractors must be pre-qualified in Landscaping or Earthwork and Drainage. No bids will be accepted after the BID CLOSING time. Bidders must be pre-qualified in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon (ORS 279C.430) to do either Landscaping or Earthwork and Drainage Improvements. Letters of pre-qualification (approval letter only) from the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT), Washington County Department of Land Use & Transportation, or any local municipality with a population equal to or greater than 18,000 persons is acceptable to the City. Proof of valid pre-qualification must be submitted to the City by Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Local Time) for the Bidder's bid to retain appeal rights.
