The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety (CDPS) is requesting bid proposals from Vendors for the labor, equipment, and materials and supervision of/for removal and replacement of approximately 320lf fencing and 15ft manual gate. The Vendor shall be the primary agent for every aspect of this project and responsible for selection of sub-contractors as needed. The Vendor must verify all measurements to ensure all materials are included within their bid. Work will be done at 4550 S. Windermere St. Englewood, CO. NE corner of property at W Standford Ave & S Windermere St. Any public access to restrooms is limited due to securities. Include portable toilet(s) as necessary for project. All State property is non-smoking, tobacco-free and includes all types of vaping. Vendor responsible for the security of all materials and equipment left at site. This project requires the removal and installation of approximately 320 linear feet of fencing and 15' gate. Scope includes removing 1 small bush encroaching through fence at north side. Due to the required 24/7 security of this location, fence is to be replaced as it is removed and facility is not to be exposed while work is not being performed. Project completion must be met within 30 days from the notice of award. Due to the nature of this facility, all materials must be received and ready prior to scheduling installation dates. Concrete / asphalt may be an exception to this. State holidays must be considered when scheduling project. Project No. 26/01-02 Bidders may request clarification of any seeming inconsistencies, or matters seeming to require explanation, in the bidding documents at least three (3) business days prior to the time set for the opening of Bids. Decisions of major importance on such matters will be issued in the form of addendum.
