Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Englewood, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Reference Number 0000414672 Bid Intent Not Available MD is requesting design service proposals for the new Lift Station A and associated Gravity/Force Main(s). The design services shall include an updated Preliminary Engineering Narrative (if necessary), Basis of Design Report Construction Documents, Cost Estimates, Agency Review/Approval (Douglas County, CDPHE, and USACE at a minimum), Geotechnical Investigation, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Survey and Bid Package/Bidding Phase Services. Proposals shall include, at a minimum, a detailed scope and fee for the following tasks as well as any significant design elements deemed necessary by the Consultant but not specifically described in this RFP.
