Renovation of a water / sewer project in Englewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Digester and Daft Buildings HVAC replacement. Scopes of work needed: HVAC NAICS: 238220. Major scope bid packages have been included in the plan room which include scope specific bidding instructions. If a bid package for your scope of work is not present, submit your proposal to the provided contact on bid day. The requirements may be broken up into smaller portions to encourage maximum participation, and time frames for contracts and delivery schedules may be arranged to facilitate participation of DBEs. Payment and performance bonds may be required, and bonding assistance is available. Subs and suppliers are encouraged to contact the contractor for insurance requirements, equipment and materials, plans and specs, or any other needed assistance. This project is subject to SRF/WIFIA Federal funding requirements and includes requirements related to DBE, EPA 40 CFR Part 33, Davis Bacon, AIS, EEO, Affirmative Action, and Fair Share Objectives. The contract includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and goals. Certified DBEs are encouraged to bid.
