Site work for a civil project in Englewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of approximately 2000 feet of PVC water pipeline and 120 feet of PVC sanitary sewer, including all related fittings and valves, structures, and grading, as well as erosion and sediment control for the construction duration. There will also be substantial patching and overlay on portions of South Valley Highway and 365 Inverness Parkway. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, executed on the prescribed form, for an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract. The District requires bidders to hold or obtain any licenses required by law. Bidder selection will be based on qualifications, ability to complete the project timely, and total bid amount. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and negotiate contract terms with the successful bidder or postpone the award for up to 60 days from the bid opening date unless otherwise stated.
