RTD is seeking responses from qualified respondents to provide: Elati Rail Training Center (15% SBE Goal) RTD is seeking responses from qualified respondents to complete the Elati Rail Training Center project in Englewood, CO. The Elati Rail Training Center project consists of adapting an industrial occupancy (F-1 Accessory Classification) area into office space occupancy (B Classification) by implementing tenant finish improvements required for the new use. Contractor: Responsible for all aspects of construction including obtaining construction permits and compliance. RTD anticipates making final selection.: March 2, 2026 Proposals shall be valid for a duration of no less than ninety (90) days from proposal due date. The Proposer must enclose its proposal security with the proposal in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal amount. Acceptable proposal security shall be limited to: (a) a one-time bid bond underwritten by a company licensed to issue bid bonds in the State of Colorado; (b) a bank cashier's check made payable to RTD; or (c) a bank certified check made payable to RTD. The proposal security serves as a guarantee that Proposer will enter into a Contract with RTD if the proposal is accepted. RTD reserves the right to conduct a pre-award audit to verify labor rates, overhead rates, etc. should RTD determine that such an audit is required prior to negotiation or award of a Contract.
