Description

As of October 30, 2025, proj was cancelled. No definite date for the rebid. The complete removal of the old 40-ton Hydrotemp water-sourced heat pump and its associated ductwork, followed by the installation of a new 40-ton heat pump unit. Bidders are required to attend a mandatory onsite visit, as the heat pump is uniquely located and will require going up a ladder. Site visits must be scheduled on the specified dates.
