Reference Number 0000396067 The City of Englewood seeks qualified contractors to perform comprehensive exterior improvements to the Broken Tee Golf Course clubhouse, a facility constructed in 1977 which has received minimal exterior renovations over its 47-year operational history. The City requires one or more reliable and experienced contractors to handle a range of exterior siding, windows, gutter, and/or roof services needs including, but not limited to, emergency repairs, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades. The awarded Contractor must be licensed, insured, and capable of delivering timely and efficient services to support the City's ongoing operations.
