Reference Number 0000416037 Question Deadline 04/03/2026 at 3:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes Purchase Type Duration: 5 years The City of Santa Clara ("City") is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced design and engineering firms (hereinafter "Proposer") to provide comprehensive design services for various library renovation projects ("Projects") including but not limited to those identified in Santa Clara City Library's ("SCCL") 2025 Library Facilities Master Plan (Attachment A-2). The services ("Services") will generally consist of, but are not limited to, preliminary engineering, schematic and architectural designs, cost estimate, public outreach, detailed design, bid documents (plans, specifications, and engineer's estimates (PS&E), bidding and award support, and construction support as described in detail in the Scope of Services (Attachment A-1). This solicitation may result in multiple awards, as the City intends to establish a bench of qualified design and engineering consultants with whom to award as-needed Agreements. Specific Projects will be negotiated and assigned according to the process described in the Exemplar Agreement (Attachment D, Exhibit A).
