Work to be performed consists of providing landscape maintenance services for the City of Antioch, Department of Public Works. The contractor must hold a State of California C-27 Landscape Contractor License and will be responsible for horticultural maintenance, irrigation systems operation, maintenance and repairs, and cleanup of designated landscape areas. The locations are various sites around the City of Antioch. All contractors and listed subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. Bids will be evaluated on factors including but not limited to price, quality, efficiency, utility, general terms, delivery, suitability, and reputation. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept or reject portions of bids, to postpone making the award, or to waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
