This work includes all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete all demolition work as described on the drawings and specified herein. Work included is as follows (1) Removal of site items as indicated on the drawings, including foundations, footings and utilities. (2) Cut new openings. (3) Provide protective materials and devices. (4) Remove debris from site. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education intends to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder complying with the terms of the letting. However, the Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids; to reject any part of a bid; to accept any bid which it deems to be in its best interest; to advertise for and solicit new bids; and, to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bid requirements and specifications Substitution requests are due no later than 5:00 PM CST on Friday, March 20, 2026.
