Site work and paving for a road / highway in Brownsburg, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Asphalt milling, patching, and resurfacing of various streets for the Town of Brownsburg 2026-1 Community Crossing Project. Bids are to be made in accordance with contract documents, construction schedule, and specifications. The proposal must be submitted on provided forms in a labeled envelope. Each bid must include an acceptable bidder's bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, payable to the Town of Brownsburg. The contractor and all subcontractors must comply with required Federal and State labor regulations. The contractor must submit a signed contract agreement and completed Form 96 paperwork separately from other bid documents for submission to INDOT immediately after award. The Town of Brownsburg reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any irregularities in bids.
