The Tazewell County Board of Supervisors is accepting sealed bids from qualified persons or businesses for mowing and trimming upon Tazewell County properties for 2026. Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference, show proof of a minimum insurance policy of one million dollars, and submit a bid for all listed locations. The contract will be awarded based on the overall bid price. Bidders may submit bids online or by mail, but submission of one bid packet as specified is mandatory. The bid should be clearly marked as "Mowing Bid" and sent to the County Administration Building. Late bids will not be accepted. Tazewell County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the County.
