Renovation of an educational facility in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Overlay approximately 26,000 square feet (contractor to verify) of existing modified bitumen membrane with new TPO roof. Existing building and roof was constructed in 2003. Roof height varies between 30 and 40 feet in height above grade. For flat roofs only: o Clean and prepare existing modified bitumen membrane for removal. o Clean and patch blisters found in field and flashing membrane. o Install "fully adhered" 115 mil Fleeceback TPO membrane. o Flash curbs and walls with TPO as required to tie into field sheet. o Install pipe boots, wrap vents and pitch pans. o Install TPO walk pads to match existing locations. o Install metal counterflashing as required at walls and curbs. o Prefabricate and install pre-finished metal parapet cap. o Replace 30 roof drains: 15 primary and 15 overflow. New roof drains to be Wade brand or equal cast iron. o Provide 20-year company warranty to include both labor and materials.
