Renovation of a stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The project consists of interior renovations at the National Sports Center - Super Rink. In general, the Work includes repainting of all locker rooms; replacement of existing lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures; restroom renovations with new plumbing fixtures, finishes, and flooring; replacement of selected interior doors with associated hardware; installation of new acoustical ceilings; and replacement of the entry storefront glazing system. The Work also includes all necessary electrical, plumbing, carpentry, patching, and finishing required to complete the renovations in accordance with the Contract Documents. Question Deadline 03/24/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 3-27-2026.
