removing existing flooring and cove base and furnishing and installing new flooring and cove base in designated areas of Building 764. The requirement includes providing all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and services necessary to perform the work in accordance with the performance work statement. Location: Building 764, Little Rock Air Force Base, 101 CMSgt Williams Dr, Jacksonville, AR 72099 4.1.1 Contractor shall furnish an estimated 5,727 sq ft of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), brand Mohawk, collection, Assembled Woods, style Planked, color Tobacco Oak or equal. Or equal characteristics: 5.0 mm total thickness, wear layer 20 mil (.5 mm) finish, M-Force Ultra. 4.1.2 Contractor shall furnish all floor adhesive for installation of LVT in accordance with flooring manufacturer. 4.1.3 Contractor shall furnish an estimated 18 120-ft rolls of vinyl or rubber cove base, four inches high, Brand, Johnsonite, color, 47 brown or equal. 4.1.4 Contractor shall furnish all cove base adhesive for installation of cove base in accordance with flooring manufacturer. 4.1.5 Contractor shall furnish all other material needed such as transitions, thresholds corners, tools, trials, razor blades etc. to ensure complete professional installation. 4.2 Installation: Contractor shall remove an estimated 4,980 sq ft of existing flooring (carpet/vct) and 1,865 ln ft of cove base. Contractor shall install an estimated 5,727 sq ft of LVT and 2,160 ln ft of cove base in the in selected areas on the attached floor plan (Appendix B)
