Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Sealed proposals are requested for citywide block-specific sidewalk replacement for Group 1144. Bidders may submit sealed proposals either by depositing in a designated box at City Hall, Room 502, or by mailing them to Room 502 with attention to the Commissioner of Public Works. Bidders must ensure their proposals are properly labeled and received before the bid opening. Proposal documents can be obtained from Avalon Document Services upon non-refundable payment. All addenda issued must be stapled within the proposal book covers and become part of the contract documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Bidders are required to submit a Certification of Non-Collusion as part of the proposal. Proof of New York State Department of Labor Contractor Registration must be included with the bid. Prior to contract award, statements indicating intent to work toward minority workforce (25%), women workforce (5%), minority business enterprise (25%), and women business enterprise (5%) goals must be submitted. Bidders shall promptly notify Phillip Pecoraro at ppecoraro@buffalony.gov of any errors , omissions , conflicts or ambiguity within the contract documents . No questions or inquiries regarding this bid will be accepted within three (3) business days prior to the bid opening
