Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Window gasketing and sealing and masonry restoration, including hazmat abatement, at Buildings 62 and 65 at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name and address of the bidder and the project title. Bid submission and handling instructions, such as securing a visitor's pass for in-person attendance and specific delivery markings on outer jackets, are provided. Bids not meeting these requirements will not be considered. Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting, review and purchase official Contract Documents only from the designated provider, and comply with all stated procedures and restrictions, including communication protocols and registration as official planholders upon purchase of documents. Prospective bidders should also review the new General Conditions for Construction for any impact on bid price.
