A term service contract for the maintenance and repair of roofing systems on all buildings owned by the NFTA. Inspections, preventive maintenance, general repairs, and emergency service will be required on a vast range of roofs supplied by various manufacturers. A pre-proposal meeting and site inspection will be held. Prospective contractors are required to become familiar with the work covered by this contract prior to submitting a proposal. Registration is required to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Inspection. All questions pertaining to this procurement must be submitted through the Bonfire portal. All correspondence, addendums, requests for information/clarification, and award notifications will be sent through the Bonfire portal.
