Site work for a water / sewer project in Sparks, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Application of an Impervious Structural Coating in 77 manholes that have been identified to have significant inflow and infiltration (I&I). Bypass pumping of sanitary sewer flows is required to allow for application of the Coatings. Bids must be submitted in written sealed form and must be marked clearly on the outside. Bids will not be accepted via the Internet or e-mail. The City of Sparks reserves the right to reject any bid or accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City, and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid process. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of bid amount is required, and a current Contractor's License under Nevada State Law for the specified work is mandatory. Bid documents and specifications are available on the City of Sparks website and it is the responsibility of potential bidders to monitor the Purchasing Division's website for updates prior to submitting their bid. The location of the work is within the City limits of the City of Sparks, Washoe County, Nevada.
