Contract # : C000087341 Sealed Proposals for the East Evergreen Street and Chatham Road AKA The Rt. 1 Water Main Replacement Project will be received online via the PennBid Program by West Grove Borough, Chester County until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on March 31, 2026. The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the East Evergreen Street and Chatham Road Water Main Replacement Project as further described in the Contract Documents. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier's check, or other security acceptable to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law and may not be withdrawn during this period. Bidders must Bid on all items listed on the Bid Form. This Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions. This Project is subject to the Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions.
