The project consists of complete HVAC controls replacement at the Technical College High School - Pennock's Bridge Campus, and rooftop unit controller replacement at the Technical College High School - Pickering Campus. The work is to be performed under a single contract. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate and on forms included in the bid documents, in a sealed opaque envelope addressed to the Owner and identified with the Project name. Each proposal must include a certified check, bank cashier's check, or a bid bond, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid. The project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
