The scope of this contract is to furnish all materials, equipment, and labor for on-call guardrail repair work throughout District 2 of the Idaho Transportation Department. Work under this contract is for on-call service to repair, replace, and/or maintain guardrail and terminal ends damaged by motor vehicle crashes on various Highways in the District. All materials and devices used in the repair, replacement and/or replacement of guardrail, concrete barriers and terminal ends must be MASH 2016 compliant. District 2 counties include Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce. All work performed under this contract must be in accordance with the Standard Specifications, Standard Drawings, and Industry Standards. Quantities shown are for estimating purposes only. Actual quantities may be zero or they may be significantly greater than the estimated quantities. Quantity variations, per Subsection 109.03 do not apply to this contract. When notified by the Contract Administrator that the requested service is an emergency, Contractor must physically respond to the site of the emergency within four (4) hours of ITD's notification and work diligently and continuously until the emergency repairs have been made and the facility is deemed safe for the traveling public by an ITD representative. All work will be coordinated and controlled by the Contractor. Oversite authority will remain with the Contract Administrator or their assigned.
